Bump stops

How would i go about changeing my bump stops.

Mine are shagged. Cracked split n broken.

is your car lowered at all? i cut mine in half as it kept hitting them.

With great difficulty. You can rip them out easy but putting them back in can be very hard. I use to push one lip in with a flat head and work it all the way along both sides. Maybe the freezer? Got to try that next time I reckon.

Same amount of work as changing struts. I think that the genuine bump stops are part of the dust boot (but it's been a while since I've aeen them).
