Cheers, I don't get to drive my car much but every second time I go to use it the air-conditioner belt is stretched and loose. I intended to go away at Christmas but never got around to it. So before the holidays I took the 3 belts off and replaced them with belts bought from Eagers Holden as I thought the Super Cheap Auto belts may have been lower quality. This has not stopped the problem. My son checked the gas in the system and it is correct so the head pressure in the compressor is not too high.
Do any of you blokes experience this problem. All the system functions as it should just the annoying squeal from the belt at times. I gave it a good dose of CRC belt grip and adjusted the belt again yesterday.
Also Eagers do not have rocker cover gaskets anymore where do you blokes get them from? The passenger side is leaking a bit of oil at the back [may have gone hard]
