Rf vn calais window

Howdy having problems with the calais, the Window keeps dropping of the railing and wont sit right i have taken the door skin off but have no idea what I have to attempt to fix :S any help muchly appreciated. Has the lil plastic thingy that goes on the runner has a crack in it and isn't right i put that back together but its coming off the front and not sitting correctly near the front of the door, But can't see anything because the door thingy is in the way.

first thing would be to replace that broken little plastic thingy that goes in the runner.
then just make sure the runner is adjusted properly
