    Default help with electrical problem

My vp level 3 speedo just stopped working along with fuel per 100km and fuel average but everything else still works ie tacho, fuel gauge, temp and lighting ooohhh and the odo doesnt work either. The car is also stalling at lights but I think this is related to the same problem all the fuses are ok any ideas. The only thing I can think of is the speed sensor on the gearbox (manual) it did all stop after a long drive in very wet conditions.

not sure if these speedos are the same but sounds like the cog might be gone on your odometer. If that is stopped it would be impoosible for the computer that controls your Litres/100km display to calculate the distance travelled to give you any figures. Check out this thread

Yeah but the actual speedo isnt working either and I didnt think the cog in the odo drove the speedo as well.

Only for the L1 and L2 cluster tho. L3 has a digital trip meter.
