You can get a cam regrind for less than 300 bucks, so I would probably spend the other 700 on liquor and whores.

I'd buy a running VS wreck and transplant the ecotec and tranny.

regrind is when your old cam reground for the lift and duration you want, then use either longer pushrods, shims or higher ration rcker arms to make up for the missing stteel. I havent explained it very well, but think of it as getting your old cam recut, instead of buying a new one and getting it ground to spec.

i dunno id rather put a like vn's 8 in it if i was gonna change motor, or just go all out on like an ls1 or some shit ahha.

but back on topic, wats the gains from a cam regrind?, n it wouldnt cost 300 bucks would it, coz i need the high ratio rocker arms or someshit?
but lets just say a crow cam or something how much roughly are the prices for labour?
