as in how much are the wash plugs?
how much will it cost me to replace them
It will be anywhere between $80-$120 bucks mate, sounds really good if the paint isn't peeling it will be an absolute steal. I wouldnt let that offer pass me up.
na paints in good nik 1 or 2 scrachers but over all pretty good
do u kno of any other things i should look out for on the car?
welch plugs are way more expensive, if thats what you mean. I've just been quoted $850 to get mine done..
other things to look out for are all the rubber parts, cars that old tend to need a lot of them replaced. Stuff like steering rack boots and engine mounts

Its a car, we can't tell you if its rooted or not. And if you really have no idea you need to get someone to look at it.
