my vp v6 5 speed occasionally stalls when coming to a stop or cornering with the clutch in? it drops that low in rpm it stalls which can be a little embarrasing when pulling up at stop lights or the like! it not all the time just every now and then! it has no problem starting back up or idling once restarted! and it doesnt stall every time! only about a qaurter of the time or even less its just so weird! any suggestions people?

i would check your air sensor on your throttlebody buddy it might be on its way out
cheers mate whats the best way to check it? swap it out with another or is there another way? and would it be the same part from vn to vs or are they all different?
if its been converted to a manual check the auto trans fuse.
just change it and see what happens i dont know any other way that you could check them
would i be right in assuming the air sensor is the part that is screwed on to the bottom of the throttle body with the wires coming out of it?
theres only 2 sensor on the throttlebody ones for your throttle sensor and the other is your air sensor i would check both buddy
I bought a can of the CRC Mass air flow sensor cleaner the other day and did the missus' MAF senser on her pajero, gave it a good spray and it made a huge difference. Cans cost $30 or so but it made a difference for her car, havent done the commodore yet havent driven it.
Matt
thanks guys will do! what do you do with that stuff matt just spray inside the throttle body or? was she having trouble with her idle too
