how bad is airbags compared to springs on ride quality? hows the handling at different heights ect

It comes down to the quality and the way they are fitted. If the pressure is correct for driving and shocks are adjusted correctly it will handle and drive fairly well. But nothing really compares to coil springs for consistency.

The lower the bags are the harsher the ride is, the higher they are the more wallowy it is.

they ride like shit mate, especially those drop in kits
Had them in my car it looked all cool with no air on its arse, but you would need it at like 30+ psi for it to even feel good at all ant that was height of say stock suspension so your car ddint even look lowered at all .

and the other thing was turning , it made the rear end roll around like a boat lol , i hated going around corners
