Good luck dude I had the same problem with my VP Calais couldn't stop it and the boot leaked as well ended up with mouldy carpet and rust problems as well, finally got rid of the car and still leaked!

your positive its coming from the tail lights. put a hose on the top of the car, let it just flow out slowly and just sit and wait for it to start leaking in, if you can pinpoint the exact part where its coming in you should be able to fix it. thats what i did.

Drill at least 3 holes in the bottom of each lens say 3/16 to 1/4 inch. Looms you can splice good sockets on use solder and heat shrink for a good job. Leak in boot will be the rear quarters they ar enot sealed well you need to take them out, clean the opening and windows up and seal with a non hardening window sealant or similar, don't use urathane as it will glue them in for good.
