my new vp wont start

hi was wondering if any one can help me out i have bought a vp commodore to put my engine and box into i have taken every thing out of my rode off car and put in the new one and now it wont start it winds over fine but will not start i have noticed the check engine light does not come on when the key is in the on position any one have any ideas and i have used my computer as well

i have worked it out it was a plug that was not pluged together plug it in and hit the key and it fired
