    Default oil pressure sender

when cold my car wont fire. I have noticed it will just turn over till the oil pressure light goes out then it will fire straight away Im wondering if that is a safety built in by holden and if I put a new sensor in whether it will fix the problem.

Not as far as I'm aware.
Sounds like an electrical issue. If its only when cold try giving the batter a good charge.
