Hi,

Im posting for my dad as he is having a wierd problem..

He has a rebuilt 355 stroker with c.o.m.e racing twin throttle body. Driving around the other day all was sweet when all of a sudden the car started missing and carrying on, it refused to idle problem and it sounded realy bad like the timing was way out.

He did an error check and got a code 35 and 36 which turns out to be ..

Code 35 - Idle Speed Error / Problem

Code 36 - Vacuum Leak

We had a look and cant seem to find any vacuum leaks, from the manifold there is 3 vacuum hoses, 1 for brake booster, 1 for map sensor and 1 for fuel regulator. all 3 of these appear to be fine, can anyone suggest anywhere else to look? my dad is tearing his hair out atm cause he just keeps having these random problems since the rebuild.
