Is there different offsets available on genuine GM 15 x 7 interceptors.
The reason I ask is some pictures I have seen of these wheels, there are clearly a deaper dish, but others look shallower, more like my 15 x 6's.
???
I am looking at a set atm but only have pictures..15x7 43p and they dont seem deap dished rather the extra inch faces the inside of the rim

The VP Calais had different offset stockies due to IRS. No idea why but. The 43 part refers to the offset which is a standard interceptor though. Could be the rims your looking at are not GM rims but possibly BMW as well?
cool thanks wraith, they should be OK then as they are stamped GM

Yeah they will be fine if they have the 15X7 and 43 stamped on them. You don't realise the difference between a stockie and a ceptor till you have them in front of you.
thanks very much

Yeah there definitely interceptors.
Hi, just wondered if anyone knows how/where I can get interceptor wheels widened?
Morton and may wheels 9601 7000 Warwick Farm NSW should be able to help you.
The 15x7 interceptor paint colour does not look like the normal wheel silver, does anyone have the paint code for them?
they also come in a 37 p offset too.

hate to break your heart but the VP Calais' came with an alloy spare not stockies, the VP berlina's came with IRS and different offsets, the VP calais mag is 28p. Seems like the holden stockies are 15x6 in 37p or 43p and then there's the 43p 15x7. there's also VE stockies in 16x7 and 17x8 although there 17's are still pretty un-common (i think the the Series 2 SSV spare)
hope this helps clear it up
