identifying torque converter. V6 or V8?

This has probly been covered before but i obviously suck at searching.

Are there any obvious ways to tell the difference between a Holden 5.0ltr and V6 torque converter?

My flex plate isnt bolting onto my engine just wondering if i can use this torque converter or not.
