VP II Central locking not working!

Hi,
2day i tried to lock my car with central locking and it doesn't work! it tries to go down to locked position but pops straight back up!
in order to lock the car i have to open the back door, press central locking with my finger on the lock to help it down, the lock back door.
as for opening it works fine.

Mine only does this when the boot is open or a door is slightly open, check the door and boot light switches.
Unless you mean it doesn't have enough pull to lock, it just kind of vibrates but doesn't move enough....in that case search my posts for "central locking"

Thanks for post m8. You were right, the door was not closing properly, fiddled around with it and back to working order!
