Hey guys,i've had my fuel pump die in my 88 5.0 calais.i have two spare vn v8s one of which has a new pump,but there 91 models with the one internal pump,so my question is can i just do away with the early style fuel pumps and replace with the newer one?if ive missed the blindly obvious threads about this when i searched im sorry,please link me.i know fuel pumps are only 80 bux but its a 2 day wait or 45 min each way drive to get a new one.
