Default difference between irs and live axel exhaust

my vp sedan exhaust is rooted with holes riddled in the muffler. so i bought a vr stock exhaust and was told its a live axel. my car is live axel but i had a look and it bends right over the top of the diff it looks like the vr exhaust doesnt have a big enough bent in it to go over the diff so i was wondering if its irs or live axel, or if there is any differences between the vp and vr exhaust ??

According to a diagram in my Gregorys, IRS exhaust has 2 catalytic converters, live axle has one, bending left?
Sorry don't know much about exhausts

could be a calais exhaust, i'm pretty sure they were different. anyone feel free to correct me, might have just been calais with IRS that were diff. Pretty sure IRS exhausts run under the driveshafts and live axle over the top.
