Default a few Qs on removing parts from a vp

Hi guys im going through the process of stripping a vp calais and need a bit of info on how to remove a few parts.

First question is how do i remove the chrome door moulds .

second is in regards to the wheel spats . Is the bracket that holds them on welded to the body of the car or are there screws that i cant see?

    Thanks in advance

With the spats im pretty sure it is cliped on and to remove them you need to take off the wheel and get in behind it i think. Door molds as in the trolley strip?

To remove the door mould you need to remove the interior moulds that are at the same height, I got to them after taking the trims off but you may be able to peel them off otherwise, use a flathead screwdriver. On each end of the door you'll find a screw behind where the interior mould were, very small, unscrew each one on each end, then using the flathead screwdriver, pry up the exterior door mould and they should slip up and off. Installation is reversal. Can take a bit of force because these little metal clips holding them down tend to rust.
