Hissing sound in car vaccum????

Hey, i have a 2 problems. I can't use my dimisters, I can use the fan but it only blows air onto me feet and i also have a hissing noise which sounds like it's in the dash and only happens when the cars running. Could it be the air con control system/leaking vaccum hoses? If so where are they found? (photos if posible would be a big help)

check the hoses on the back of heater controls bet its fallen off
