Currently on the side of the road as my cars stopped working less then 5 mins from home,
It will start if I hole my foot lightly on the accelerator but if I take my foot off it cuts out. The fuel sender seems to be working fine but as it is almost 6 I doubt there is anywhere I can go to get something checked. Any ideas what my problem may be??
Wild guess but stuck closed IAC? Dose it seem like the revs just wana stay to low?

Yeah seems like they wanna stay pretty low or not build up to an idle speed
Mate said it could be crank angle sensor :/
What I would do is if you got the screw to adjust the butterfly on the throttle body adjust it open a bit more. This could get you home if the IAC is the problem or just so you can get home!
Im pretty sure it wouldnt start at all if it was the CAS, anyone confirm?

How do I open the butterfly up more?
I duno, the cable ive never done it.
If you think its the CAS try wedging somthing agaist it and try starting it.

Just drove home with my foot on the accelerator all the time and done left foot braking, would a blocked/ stuffed iac valve most likely be the cause ??
