Cruise Control won't resume (switchblock

Howdy all

My cruise control won't work when the resume button is pushed, have changed over switchblocks and still nothing

Can a faulty module cause this or do I need to adjust one or both of the brake switches a little more (both seem to be as far in as they can be)
