Do you mean the whole car shakes when idling in drive with the foot on the brakes? Not meaning to sound like a smart arse just clarifying your comments.

I bought a genuine O2 sensor from my local Holden dealer for around $50 a few years ago. Other than that check your spark plug lead resistance and if it's too high get some new ones. Also have a look and check they have no corrosion on the ends and how old are the spark plugs?

You bridge out 2 pins on a socket in the wiring harness and turn the ignition on and the engine light will flash indicating which error codes are logged.

Does the engine only start to run rough when its idling in gear and the brake pedal is pressed? If so,Id say you could have a leaking brake booster diaphram, which can cause air so be sucked straight into the engine via the vacuum lines when the brake pedal is pressed, which is why it upsets how the engine idles and runs, this is because the IAC (Idle Air Control )valve, which controls the idle speed etc, cant properly regulate the amount of air going into the engine...
