Default minimum thickness of brake rotors

so ive always had squeaky brakes but in the past few weeks it has gotten alot worse so i decided to check out all my rotors and pads. everything seemed good except my front rotors which i wasnt sure about. i measured the thickness and i got 23mm on the left side and 22mm on the right side. should i be replacing these soon or should there still be some life left in them? thanks for any input p.s. its a vp v6 auto without irs or abs or anything fancy lol

it will depend on how much of a later/hard braker you are, city driving in a auto you are on and off the brakes flat out and if the rotors are a cheap set they wont last long, hard brake pad material on a soft metal rotor will kill a set of rotors very quick

Just use soft pads, my rotors have some wear as well but used to squeak and make all sorts of noises with hard pads.
