Hi guys.
when i start my VP it doesn't fire the first time, then on the second attempt it starts (just) and blows smoke (black). it isn't a cold thing because first time in the morn it usually starts 1st time (still smokes a little).

Also when i go into gear (rev or drive) sometimes it just stalls. this has happened 3 times this month.

any ideas? thanks in advance...
