electric aerials

hi all, just wondering how many different types of aerial there were used in the VN/P commodores or the VR/S aswell for that matter because im pretty sure they use the same
because i have a VP commodore with i think its level 2 dash and it has the aerial snipper switch but the aerial in the car doesnt have the extra wiring used for this
is this normal or would the previous owner have changed it to this one?
it has philips audio on the tag (and im guessing thats the brand used for factory?)
can i wire this one up to use the button or do i need to find a different one with the wiring added?

I'm not an expert on aerials but if the aerial
You have dosnt have the wires to control it then it seems as if the aerial or the switches were put in by the previous owner maybe
