Default No power to the fuel pump, no check engine light DEAD ECU????

Hi all my car stalled while driving on the freeway and now wont start I cant hear the fuel pump anymore so I tested it for power and got nothing so I went to check for error codes and to my horror the check engine light doesnt come on anymore I checked all the fuses and swaped the relays with no luck I'm guessing the ecu is dead or not getting power how would I go about testing this?

ps i also tryed overriding the alarm with the glovebox key

    Cheers

the glovebox keys quite often wont turn off and need the wires bridged instead .but ide check that the pink wire at the ecu pin A6 is getting power with ignition on and also that C16 and B1 have constant power

pin a6 is feed power via that switch when its turned off stops you needing to press the unlock button to start the car bridge the pinks behind the switch and see if it works or check that the engine loom is plugged into the dash loom properly theres an 8 pin plug not far from the ecu that leads off towards the stearing colomn
