Vn/ve rim tyre question.

G'day I have a set of VE commo 16x7 pursuities on a lowered VN, and am wondering if anyone knows the size of the widest tyre thatll fit? I currently have 225/55/16 Tyres and there doesnt seem to b much room before the arch lip? One side looks to have a little bit more room than the other? Cheers.

Sounds like you need a adjustible panhard rod, will pull everything back to center. You should get 235's on there no worries, 245's even maybe dependin how low you are

Cheers for that, I do have an adj panhard rod, but have never adjusted one. Looks simple enough. Is there anything I should know b4 doing it?

Better check the wheels fit before you do anything. VE wheels won't fit a VN.
To adjust the panhard rod have the car sitting on flat even ground and measure each side wheel arch to rim and make them equal.

Good point, to fit the wheels youl need to get them machined 2mm (i think, better check though) down as the ve hubs are slightly bigger
