anyone got a ballpark figure for what i should get trade in on my car?
92 vp calais, its in pretty good nik, but it is a 92....
just wana get a ballpark figure so if a dealer says a price massively under that i can tell him to get ####ed

Don't even bother seeing what a trade in will give you. It is a definate that you will get more selling it privately.

I would bet you will get double to three or four times more if you don't trade it in.

yes obviously, but its the hassle of selling privatley, i cant be bothered with it all to be honest

anyway, its all done, i got 1,250 for it, which i know isnt great, but meh, its done, after all it is 18odd years old, and more importantly im happy

well i didnt trade it with the 18's on it, traded it with the stock 15' alloys.. and it doesnt matter how good a condition it is, that fact of the matter is its a 1992 model, so they need to find someone they can sell it to that wants a car that old... not easy

and again i couldnt be bothered with private sale, so shit happens
