i'm new to this site and am currently looking for a vp or vn ss to do up but still drives so while iand sorting what to do to it i can drive it, any 1 know of any in perth?
how do you make a thread man ive been with this forum for 2months and i still dont no how to make one cheers and nah dont no any vp or vn ss
@TOO SLOW LOL go back a page, near top there is a button says post new thread, u click that.
Back to the OP VP SS are rarer, alot more VNSS were produced, personally im a VP man anyways, and they have a sexier front bar
I'm with this guy ^^ vp's much sexier imho... having said that it's six-one-half-dozen-the-other, vn/vp were virtually identical under the bonnet, although earlier vn's hadn't had all the kinks worked out yet... whatever has fewer kays or fewer years, versus what condition it's in and how much its been flogged.
Good luck mate.....
Ted: I don't like Ronald MacDonald. He skips.
Greta: Oh Dad, he's a clown.
Ted: He's a poof.
VN's look the goods IMO, specially in black.
vn's seem to be way too pricy for what they are, VP ftw in my opinion.
side indicators ftw.
You can still come across the odd beauty here and there - the old saying reigns true though..... "you gotta be at the right place at the right time"
My dream car is the VN SS Grp.A Atlas Grey 5spd - tastiest commodore ever produced IMO..... apart from the Walky... however I find the ol' VP gives me my jollies still....
cheers guys, im in agreeance i use to like vn's but im starting to see a few around and then joined here and vp's wen done right are mean and sxc! plus the misses loves em aswell so that'll keep her keen hahahaha
a guy is selling a red vn ss group a 5 speed ey 60gs if only i won that 20mill
is 6gs gewd for a vp ss thats done 213 000 kms?
5gs, unless its been really well looked after.
6gs, no way.
I couldn't get rid of my VP for 6k, and it had 140,000 on it when i advertised it.
I'd go for a VP SS anyday - just get rid of the awful wheels.
I think they were 6 speed manuals too,not 5 speed.I remember reading about a track test type of thing they did on them in a magazine I had years ago when they first came out. They only made a few of them too if I remember correctly. My dream car is the VN SS Grp.A Atlas Grey 5spd - tastiest commodore Never produced IMO..... apart from the Walky... however I find the ol' VP gives me my jollies still....
ok corrected, back in my box now.....doh.
do you still have ur vp ss? hmmm well i shall upload some pics of the 1 i choose and we'll go from there. it'll be my first project so there'll be more question type posts like what cam heads ect ect
