    Default rear springs/shockies question

ok so i currently have SSL springs in the rear of my car (so about -70mm from stock), but im looking at going back to just LOW springs (so about -35mm from stock), my question is- am i able to just swap the springs around or would i need to change the shock absorbers to suit the higher spring aswell? and if the answer is yes, how about if i changed to Super Low springs instead (so about -50mm from stock), would i be able to keep my current shockies in that case, or still need to get new ones? cheers for any help

If you already have lowered shocks fitted they will be ok with just low springs as the springs will remain entrapped at full drop which is the main thing.
The main problem is when you have them the other way around (std shock with super low springs) as the springs could fall out when the suspension is at full drop.

Hey buddy I've got ultra lows in the rear of mine with standard shocks and they perform fine my rear springs never want to fall out when it's jacked up, asking as you don't have worn bouncy shocks I wouldn't think you would have an issue.

If they for the same style of suspension then yes, eg if both are IRS or both are solid rears and fronts are all interchangeable only difference is whether the fronts are for a V6 or V8
