A VIN number will only tell you it's an Executive V8, you need to look on the Body ID plate, on the model line:
It should read something like this:
VN8VK19-A9F for an auto SS and
VN8VK19-A9G for a manual SS.
Anything else is fake

The SS is based on the executive and optioned up. As above.
