Hi just wondering whether someone could help me out i have a holden vp commodore bt1 v6 and i would really like to get a gilmer belt drive setup going as i am going down the road of stroking the engine any advice would be appreciated as i had the setup on my vh 383 and it was a lot better than factory belt drive system thanks for your time. stephen
I have never seen one for a V6 that wasn't custom made, you will probably have to measure everything up and buy everything separate, maybe even have to get some made up if you cant find what you are looking for.
yea was doing some research this morning early and yea most of the gilmers they have got going is for just the supercharged ecotec so yea probably will have to look into custom making buts thats fine with me love a challenge but meanwhile if anyone does happen to find out about them let me no please cheers
there probably isn't much point in a gilmer belt drive on a V6. the factory micro V serpentine belt set up is much better then the standard V8 V belt set up. you can already get nice alloy pulley's to suit the factory V6 serpentine belt drives.

yea had a look at the package not to bad but gonna still have a look into gilmer belt as i have used em countless times in the past on my older cars and found them the better but cheers for the link
Why are you going to stroke the engine
