    Default Thermostat help

    Hey all just wondering on the vn engine were the thermostat is on the rear of the engine does the housing hav one or two bolts holding it together?

    Iv been told that the housings fuse 2 the manifold? Is this tru i removed the bolt and couldnt get it out so thought id leave it till a day were i had more time and i think if accendently crosstheaded the bolt its tight but u can still move the washer with abit of force is is still ok 2 drive 2 work and back or should i get it fixes asap? I ran the car till the thermostat opened nd had no leaks but im still worried bout it

    Yeah that is true they take a bit to get off I would still drive it check for leaks often but I would still get it fixed asap

    Gettin it done 2 moz u rekon its gona cost much for them 2 fix my stuff up with the cross thread? Its not bad i stopped wen i noticed wat happened

    Just buy a tap the same size as your bolt and do it yourself Bunnings even sell tap and dye sets
