speedo and reverse light wiring

ok I just finished converting the vp from auto to manual, bit of stuffing around but everything is tight and secure. I just need help with the reverse and speedo wiring. I found a post by hadez who has done a write up on the conversion of the gearbox and some of the wiring but stopped short of explaining how to wire the switches on the gearbox. any help will be great thanks. it's a vr t5 manual that now since gleamingly in the tunnel so I just need the wiring explained

screw the auto VSS onto the T5 and plug its wires in if the T5 has a different plug.as for reverse you need to run the reverse wires from the ould auto lever wires down under the car
