    Default Weird clunk?

G'day, I have a vn with an LSD, it has a brand new drive shaft and uni's, new centre bearing and gearbox mount. But often, as I stop at at the lights it makes a nasty loud clunk down the driveshaft, that can be felt as well. Wen it does it bad, it even feels like the car moves a bit fwd wen it happens. Makes me cringe every time. It only happens just as the car comes to a stop. It doesnt do it every time, but often. It feels like a damaged diff but the diff appeared ok when it was inspected? It has a little back lash but not too much, and runs silent? Any ideas appreciated. Cheers.

I know its a silly and obvious question (and I ask em all the time at work) did you check everything was tight when you bolted the new stuff in, and check all bits for completeness?

if they reused the tail shaft to diff squashed nuts they would be loose, go into a bolting place and ask for a set of new 1/2 unc squashed nuts
