    Wink VP Calais BCM problem

Guys, I have a 92 VP Calais. It only starts when the security key is turned off. When the security key is on it will wind over and not fire? What is the problem. Is had another computer put in it as some point.
Also, with the security turned off and the car running, the electric windows dont work? If 'shorted' they will work fine. Theres no power to them, its not a fuse. Please help, boostcrusing and stato.com so far cannot help me.

Is it BCM? does it link to the computer? can you program a BCM with a tech1??

    Thanks Guys!

    Ben

Hey mate if you have changed the bcm before you need to have the matching remote for that bcm or else it won't start unless security feature is off, as for the windows have you tried asking an auto elec?

cheers, ive just had an auto elect look at it, the wipers are relay related, ants etc, all fixed, he said the bcm is rooted and needs replacment. Ive got one on the way out of a same model calais.
The auto elect said the windows run through the bcm and their not responding etc. how can you program another bcm to a remote central key like i have?
I have access to a holden tech 1 if that will help.
    cheers,

Talk to Aaron at the Commodore Frenzy Factory, he'll know all this stuff and have the bits for sure. Google 'em.
