VN V6 with 5.0l auto computer

Hi Guys,

I own a 89 VN Calais with a 3.8ltr V6.
The computer that its running clearly has 5.0l AUT PFI on the outside.

Was wondering if this was normal or not for the Calais to have this computer.

computers are the same, memcals are different. It could well be a 5L computer but it wouldnt run unless it had the v6 memcal in it.

My vn 5L has a v6 computer cause the old one died, i just put the existing memcal in the v6 one
