I'd say at a guess the same as most engine conversions -
• engine
• gearbox
• loom
• modified tail shaft
• modified K frame or engine mounts
• new fuel pump and fuel lines
• gear selector
• radiator
• new extactors / exhaust system
• maybe diff
• and lots of f'n time!
