Head Torque

dose anybody know the the 3 stages torque setting in lb-ft for a vn commodore V6 head

The first stage is 34 Nm or 25 lb-ft,the second stage is just tightening the bolts a further 90 degrees,or a quarter of a turn,the third and final stage is is 81 Nm or 59 lb-ft for VNV6 heads.

this is correct, however, on stage 2 (when tightening another 90 degrees )don't tighten more then 81nm
