head bolt remove

dose anybody know the best way to remove a broken head bolt I have already removed the head the thread is deep in the engine block

carfuly drill then rethread the hole, Only way i can see it working

personally in brisbane (i think their all over aus now but)
i use threadtech for this as there insured against damage and theyre bloody good at it!~
