Stripping VQ Statesman 5.0

Hi all, bought myself a VR Calais 5.0 and am considering stripping my 91 5.0 VQ Statesman, is there much interest in these things in parts, or am I better off trying to sell it complete, it goes well I just don't want to spend anymore money on it and I'd still need to spend a bit on it to be personally happy with it, I thought it may of been worth about $2000-$2500 as it sits.

Any suggestions or offers on bits then feel free to message me, just wanna put the idea out there before I just advertise either way.
