I have a spool and its street driven with 3.9s, if you dont want to be noticed get soft rubber tires on the back, because if they are a hard compound they squeel like a bitch, I like the spool i am use to it now and its not heaps notisable with the right tires on the back and taking corners abit wider and slower.

No reason to have one unless you're doing skids.

The Price compared to an LSD is a big difference, and the majority of LSDs these days are stuffed and need to be rebuild, its a cheaper option for some, and mine is for the strip but i drive in town aswell i am telling him what he will need to do for intown use, not saying to rip skids everywhere.

Remoulds are good there a soft rubber or if you want to pay more just look around ask your local tire place, remoulds work well you the Drags

When it comes down to it, you get what you pay for, Minispools have there good sides and bad same as an LSD. i am in the country so its abit different to the City might think twice about that.

I just bit the bullet, having the supercharger on the car with a single pegger was no fun, i wanted the power to the ground so did all the bearings and bought a skyline diff for $80 got the gears, and a $40 new Minispool, then went straight out to the drags.

$1-$200 all up i think, i want 3.7s 3.9s are abit short with a manual, but perfect with an auto, 3.45s you dont really feel,

3.7s are rare, 5l you usually catch u up high or around 80kph a stock.
