    Default Converting vp irs rear to later..im sure there was a thread here??

    Hey all, want to make it easier then the dodgy as hell 5mm spacers and VT studs (5mm longer), so I can fit a wider range of rims, namely my 18" Medusas off the VX wagon, or better as the standard VPSS rims will stay as a "fall back" rim if I have rim diameter issues on the street.
    If there is no set thread on this issue, whos done it?(surely someone has by now?) and what needs changing? A arms alone? A arms and CV shafts, or the whole cradle/assy??
    Any input greatly appreciated...

    Im pretty sure u just change over the A arms and axle shafts.

    Cheer m8! Thanks for that- Yeah I remember Matt doing it before the many other things hes done (I want his boot set-up )
    Ill have a look. I rang All Panels n Parts today and priced up the a arms and the CVs...
    Ill keep the stockers(a arms/cv's), like the FE2 etc if I want to go back to stock...

    Could have had the boot mate i sold it about a year ago was statrting a new one when the engine decided to start playing up so thats on hold for now. You only need the arms from memory, might aswell paint them before they go in
    Its standard height i swear officer get your tape and check :-)......... pump up faster god dam you!!!
