custom vn-vp boot garnish

hey guys and girls i was wondering if anyone had any ideas tips or mabye even a ''how to'' on taking offf my garnish and welding up a new one ffor my vp
i hav a spare boot at the moment so time isnt a problem and i was just wondering if anyone had any pointer or tips they would like to share

about to do this myself. just dont go welding from one end to the other . tack it and do small runs otherwise it will warp
