Default Wheel bearing/Rear bushes.. How to tell if they're buggered??

Hey guys just as of recently my cars been making a lurching noise as i take off quickly from a stop... the noise is worse when im turning left and taking off..

It sounds like its coming from the left hand rear of the ca. i havent had a chance to look at it properly but if anyone can tell me how i can tell which one it could be, what to look for and if anyones had similar issues.. opinions or anything.
    Cheers

wheel bearings are easirr to know if they are buggered. If the wheel bearings are buggered either side, It will sound like road noise. If its your left hand side, When you turn right it will become more aggressive and visa versa for turning Left, the right hand side will become more aggeressive. Now if it is your left hand side that is U/S, turning left will actually make it quiter then normal. Does this sound like what is happening ???
    If it was bushes:
Lower and upper control arm bushes U/S-- Slight swaying in the rear and Possible knocking and excessive tyre wear. Also when u take off hard, the car will crab walk to the left !! Both my VN wagon and NF fairlane did the exact same thing. Taking off was worse, Id take off hard, and it sounded like the Lower cont arms, where trying to punch there way into the floor :S
Sway bar link pin and D bushes -- Slight knocking and swaying of the rear. (knocking = Thumping and/or tinging sound)

I would honestly get under the rear of the car first and see what which rubbers are cracked or cracking .. Hope this helps mate

Still have the wheel bearing issue.. had the bushes checked n replaced, it actually gets worse when i turn left and is on the left hand side.
I had the wheel off n was able to move the hub slighlty.. this would indicate the wheel bearing??

With the wheel on, grab it at the top and bottom of the tyre and try and wobble the wheel inwards/outwards. If there is movement when doing this, then yes, the wheel bearing has done its dash.

I think this was the problem, can you guess which is the new wheel bearing.
