quick question about a vp

one of my mates just bought a vp but it has a bench seat in the front and its an auto but its a column shift did these come factory or has someone bodged it ? i used to own a vp but have never seen one like that

factory yes, but uncommon in sedans and wagons.....

mostly in utes you would see it. and wagons had them quite alot too.

cool no worries yeah its in a sedan he paid like 1000 for so not to bad i guess i think he is going to part it out as he only needed the motor is it worth any more being a sedan as they are uncommon?

yeah true, theres so many vn/vps around i wouldnt bother trying to sell the parts.
the wreckers will buy them for about 600 dollars.
