Problems with VP sitcom fan

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has any ideas why my fan is not working on settings 1 and 2 on the aircon. If I flick it to three it comEs on and also 4 but defiantly does not work on 1 and 2. Weird

fan speed resistor, under the windscreen, do a search, covered plenty times before
look up how to do it, go to holdens and get a replacement and youll have your fan back in no time
