Default V6 and V8 fuel tank size differences for twin exhaust system set up

just wanting to know which way a V6 tank is smaller than the 80L V8 ones, is it depth or is it width? cause i want to put a twin system on the calais exiting on both sides of the car, but the tank will get in the way on the drivers side. so if the V6 tank is narrower and will make more room between itself and the inside of the rear bumper, i can use one of them. or does anyone have pics of a twin system set up?

yep that's why there are no V6's running around with twins, options: drop tank or a dodgy wrap around the back exhaust or just not bother like everyone else :P

maybe if it not defectable, but a tip both sides out the back looks tough, i might just take a bit of the tow bar off, and do the wrap around

I have been thinking about this lately.

There is a thread somewhere on a VN sedan that has a custom drop tank and twin pipes. Running an LSx too.

Wrap around seems like the best option, but it might block the view of the tank a bit? Post some pics when you are done : )

i got a mate with a vn ss that has a wrap around and you can't even see the exhaust from behind, it's hides behind the bumper, it's just that the exhaust won't really be the same length, one will be about 1 to 1.5m longer
