Key for security system switch.

I was looking at the security system key-switch in the LHS door jamb and I pulled the black plastic cover off and tried to put the ignition key in it but it didn't fit. That is the only key I have. What's the go here?

Not the same as the ignition key; should be smaller with "ZADI" moulded into the plastic tab. If you haven't got it you can't operate the switch. If the remote(s) work OK you don't have to though.

Yeah, the remote does work okay but it may not forever. Might have to get a wiring diagram and work out how to bypass this switch if I ever need to.

ya can bypass it easy but cant say how on public forum worry when u need it
