Hey all,

Long story short my car is drowning its self with fuel once you turn it off and let it sit for any longer then 30 mins. It litteraly belches black smoke for a good 10 seconds and is extreemly hard to start, But once its going you can turn it on and off all day long as long as you dont let it sit and it will fire up first turn if the key.

Short of buying some new or reco injector's which other ones can i use ?

I can get my hands on a set of EF - EL dirty ford injectors that i know are in good working order, being a 4l v6 oposed to a 3.8l v6 the difference wouldnt be to great ?

Or would i be better off trying my luck at the wrecker's and geting a set from a VT or looking for some that seem to be ok from a VN - VR.

I knew a guy that had a set of ford injectors in a VN the car ran rather well with them.

I was wondering what peoples thaughts were ?
